Our company, Chemical Cleaning Services (CCS),  is capable of performing pickling and passivation of all grades of Stainless steels. We successfully pickled and passivated almost all types of stainless steel pressure vessels, tanks, pipelines, spools, etc. Our Pickling and Passivation operations are conducted according to the guidelines and recommendations of ASSDA and ASTM A380 & A967 through our parent company.

We are able to pickle and passivate Austenitic, Duplex, Super Duplex and all other special alloys. Our chemistry is based on Nitric acid and Hydrofluoric acids mixture that is deemed to remove all the Heat Affected Zone discolorations and to restore the protective Chromium Oxide layer.

CCS carries out the pickling and passivation of the stainless-steel structures/systems regardless the shapes or the sizes. We have our experienced team and the proper equipment to pickle and passivate them by dipping in immersion tanks, spraying the surfaces using the chemicals mixtures in Gel form or by re-circulation of the pickling liquid using our compatible hoses and pumps.
